Out with a Bang!
On the evening of our last day at Camp, June 30th, we hosted a summer staff social at our house. It was a great bash with about 70 people in attendance! We were pleased to have so many of the support staff, adventure staff and counselors come to our home. The summer staff leadership decorated our yard for a Hawaiian Luau.

Our Last Week at Camp Forest Springs
This is our last week as staff members at Camp Forest Springs. We are going through the “last” of our “last experiences” and we are savoring everything!
Recently I enjoyed a final maintenance meeting with the guys pictured above. We shared a beautiful early morning cookout breakfast together. These men represent the maintenance department, one of the areas of camp that I have had the privilege of supervising. I have finished all of my responsibilities and my final days will be the cleaning out of my office.
Kerra has just completed her first week as a camp counselor and has thoroughly enjoyed her experiences! She had two girls receive Christ during the week!!!

Everything is For Sale
We would sure appreciate your prayer as we work to sell nearly everything we have. The “For Sale” sign for the house went up last Saturday. We’ve had two showings and several phone calls, but are waiting and trusting. We’re thankful for the initial activity. Please be in prayer for us as we will advertise in local papers this next week.

Kyle Driving?
Yesterday, May 31, 2007, Kyle passed his test and earned a driver’s permit. As is our family tradition, he drove me to the local Ice Cream shop and we enjoyed a couple of ice-cream cones. It was a lot of fun and we are happy for him! Congratulations Kyle!

Building a New Website
Here I am working on a new website to introduce our new ministry with WEC International and the El Monte Ministry Center in Mexico.
I took my picture with our new webcam!
