A further update
I’ve received a few more pictures from our team in Mexico that show the continued progress on the missionary student housing.
One of our fellow missionaries writes,
“The project at El Monte is moving along at a rapid pace. Thank God for funding that has come in. The two-story 8 plex is at the roof level already and it looks like 4 of the apartments should be ready for our candidate orientation course in April. The rest of the building should be ready by September when we start our Missionary training school. And praise God for the interested people in coming to the school. We could have a full house!”
The El Monte Ministry Center is not only a Christian camp and conference center, it will also be a place where Spanish speaking people can be trained for world missions. Part of the ministry plan is to educate and equip missionaries from all over Latin America to go into the world with the Gospel. To read a brief overview of the plan, please click here.
Romans 10:13-15
“For, ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent?
“As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’”
