Our First El Monte Team Meeting
Wednesday, April 1, was the first time Roxanne and I attended the El Monte Team Meeting held at the Somerville’s house. We talked about everything from financial reports, to recycling, to incoming work teams, to color schemes for the first cabin.
Our daughter Kerra will be coming with a work team from Camp Forest Springs this next week and one of the planned projects is to paint the new cabin.
Roxanne put her skills to work and quickly became the secretary of our meeting.
After the meeting, we had lunch together. The picture below is of some of our missionary kids and WEC TREK short-termers having lunch together.
