Please do Pray for My Mom
My mom is in the ICU in a hospital in MN. They took her to the hospital yesterday (Monday) and she went downhill rapidly. She was put in the ICU around supper time because she was getting worse fast. She has pneumonia and a bacterial infection in her blood. She seems to be a little better today but is still in critical condition. They are saying that everything is just hour by hour right now and that she could go either way.
While we want her to get better, we have peace that she is ready to go home if this is her time. God is good and heaven, I’m sure, is awesome! Her crown awaits her.
Pray for my dad too. Two of my sisters are in close proximity to mom and dad. My sister Dawn lives five miles away and has done a wonderful job ministering to my parents and to the rest of us in this time of need. My sister Jill lives and hour and a half away and has also been a real blessing to my parents through mom’s cancer treatments. I have a brother and sister in California and we, of course, are in Texas. We three older siblings sure do appreciate our younger sisters since we cannot be right there at this time.
Roxanne, Kerra, and I are all in the midst of our mid-term exams this week. We’d appreciate your prayers, it’s been a challenge to concentrate on our Spanish.

We are praying for you and Paul’s parents. They are such Godly examples to us and many others. My Mom has fallen at the assisted living manor, and is getting much weaker and less alert. Two of my sisters live close to her, and are ministering to her. How grateful we are for that as well. Trust your exams are going well.
