We Have Arrived Safely in Ticuman, Morelos, Mexico
We made it to Ticuman and God has provided a wonderful house for us to rent for a month. In July, we will likely move over to the El Monte property and live in one of the new missionary student apartments. This house in Ticuman is one of the nicest places we’ve ever had in Mexico. We’ll admit we’re being spoiled, but we’re very thankful. We are looking forward to being able to use this house as a place of ministry with some of the work teams that are coming to El Monte in the next few weeks.
The above picture is of the main house. The picture below is of the bungalow across the yard from the main house.
This second house will be used for the next few weeks by a fellow missionary family that is in transition between houses. We’re glad to be sharing this beautiful place with them. They came on the field in January and have been renting a different house. That home has been sold and they have to move out. Pray that God will provide a wonderful place for them to settle more permanently.
We are very thankful that this house includes a nice yard and pool. The pool has been used every day so far. It’s the only way to cool off in the hot climate of Ticuman.
I don’t know if you can see in the dead center of this next picture is one of our closest neighbors. This guy is more than two feet long and lives in our yard under the sidewalk coming up to the house. It’s fun to see him come out and sun himself in the hot afternoons!

* The Carl Bishop family who will be coming from Camp Forest Springs to work with us June 21-July 4
* New and renewed relationships with our fellow missionaries here and with the people of Mexico

* Health and strength and safety

Excited to see you settling into the Mexican life. God has provided for you want you need and I am excited for you! Enjoy that warm weather because you know we are wet and cool up here.

Glad to read of your transition to...well...to paradise. God is Good and provides for our needs and some wants at times. We miss your family and looking forward to seeing you again the first week in Aug.
Don’t forget about the looming dialogs!!!
